K-Ballet Company Audition

In 2024, K-BALLET TOKYO will celebrate its 25th anniversary. Last year, not only did we celebrate 15 sold out performances of a brand new “Sleeping Beauty”, we were able to offer 7 shows of “Swan Lake” and 11 shows of “The Nutcracker” to a full house. Next season, which is the main year of our 25th anniversary series, we will present a wide variety of 5 full length repertoires alongside a new creation by artistic director Tetsuya Kumakawa.

At K-BALLET TOKYO, we offer an irreplaceable experience to our dancers to become a member of a new full act creation consistently throughout the seasons. The company is covered often by the media and takes pride in offering ballet through multiple mediums. We look forward to hearing from those who are passionate about building their careers and delivering excitement to our audiences.

K-BALLET TOKYO 2024-2025 Company Audition〈Guidelines〉
■We are searching for several male and female ballet dancers.
※For each rank from Corps de Ballet until Soloists.
※Contracts will generally begin between July 2024 and September 2024, but maybe shifted after further discussion.

■Contract
・A monthly salary
・Pointe shoes will be supplied to all female dancers(the number per season will be based on rank)
・Per Diem, accommodation and transportation fees when on tour
・Physical trainer(physio) available on site during performances.
※Full time contracts will be available. Under a full time contract, dancers will receive social security(including health insurance) and public pension.
※Apprentice contracts included
