Le Ballet de l’Opéra de Paris is looking for 4 female dancers for its 2022-2023 opera season as part of the revival of the Marriage of Figaro. Directed by: Netia Jones. Choreography: Sophie Laplane.
Definition of the role(s): The dancers play young ingenues (20-25 years old) courted by the Count. The staging takes place in a theatre; in addition to the dance parts, the young dancers play students from the dance school who evolve in the decor to join their class.
Profile sought: Young dancers, classical or contemporary, but with a good practice of pointe.

Rehearsal dates: Rehearsals will start from October 24 until the General on November 21, 2022. The general provisional schedule provides for rehearsals from Monday to Saturday inclusive, at the rate of two services per day. A weekly schedule then specifies the services concerned.
Performance dates:
General: November 21 / Performances (12): November 23, 25, 27*, 30, 2022 & December 7, 11*, 13, 16, 19, 22, 25*, 28, 2022. Start of the show: 7:30 p.m./*2:30 p.m.
Collective agreement applied: Opéra national de Paris agreement
Gross remuneration for rehearsals: 44.28 euros gross
Gross compensation for performances: 159.47 euros gross
