Ballet of Oper Graz Audition

Ballet Graz under the new artistic leadership of Dirk Elwert is looking for Dancers for the season 2023/24 (first day of work: 16th of august 2023).

Various international guest choreographers will create new pieces for the company and offer dancers the chance to experience a variety of different styles.

Salary:

The minimum monthly salary is EUR 2022,17 brutto plus a monthly extra payment of EUR 208,72 brutto
(both 14 x per year).

Holidays:

There are 8 weeks of vacation per season, with mostly one week to be consumed in February and another 7 weeks in July and August.

Selected candidates will be invited to audition on Sunday, 5th february 2023 at the Opera Graz, Kaiser-Josef-Platz 10, 8010 Graz, Austria.

Registration starts at 9:00 am / audition starts at 11.00 am.

Requirements:

• a solid background in classical ballet
• strong contemporary technique
• ability to adapt different choreographic styles and methods of creating
