Audition for professional Male and Female Dancers for the 2024-26 seasons – annual contracts.
Kamea Dance Company is a major company in the Israeli dance scene, holding more than 100 performances a season in Israel and abroad. Contemporary- modern repertoire by resident choreographer Tamir Ginz and renowned guest choreographers.
This is an “open audition”, No videos are required. No need to prepare any variations.
First call (Open Audition): Saturday 16.Mar.2024, 10:00 to 17:30 – Ballet class and repertoire workshops.
Second call for finalists: Sunday 17.Mar.2024, 10:00-13:00 – Ballet class and repertoire workshop
Interviews for finalists part 1: Sunday 17.Mar.2024 15:00-18:00 – Personal Interviews
Interviews for finalists part 2: Monday 18.Mar.2024, 10:00-16:00 – Personal Interviews
* Call for personal interviews will be determined only at the end of the second stage. The order will be determined according to the decision of the artistic team and cannot be changed.
** Please note that cuts will be made throughout the audition stages.
Requirements:
- exceptional talents with strong classical ballet
- exceptional talents with strong modern technique
- Creative dancer, highly motivated, serious attitude, a committed employee
- Professional experience in a company is an advantage.
