Paris Opera Ballet Audition
Audition for female and male dancers of the Corps de Ballet. Permanent and temporary positions.
Auditions for the selected candidates will be held on Tuesday July 2nd 2024 for male dancers and on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024 for female dancers at the Palais Garnier.
Dancers sought:
- Male
- Female
Requirements:
- strong classical and contemporary technique
- dancers aged above 16 years old
Required documents:
- CV
- Headshot
- A full-length ballet photograph : a “piqué arabesque”
- A full-length ballet photograph : a “retiré au genou” (“passé”) facing the camera
- Link to a video recording of a variation performed by the candidate (maximum 3 minutes)Upload your video to YouTube or Vimeo, making sure that the privacy setting of your video is set to “Public” or “Unlisted”. If your video is set to “Private”, we will not be able to watch it.

Additional Information:
The Paris Opera Ballet never organises private auditions nor recruits on videos. Recruitment is only possible through our annual competition.
