Rambert Ballet Audition

Led by Artistic Director Benoit Swan Pouffer, Rambert is on a roll to continue fostering a diverse and inclusive community of dancers that reflects the rich tapestry of the global landscape of the strongest talent. Our schedule for 2024/25 includes new creations and revivals from some of the world’s most celebrated dance makers, featuring a diverse range of exciting collaborations and co-productions with prestigious companies, with performances on major world stages both internationally and throughout the UK.

This is an invite-only audition, and you MUST fill out the application form and Equal Opportunities form in advance to be selected.

We welcome applicants from around the world, however if offered a contract you will need to base yourself in or around London for the duration of the contract. Rambert encourages candidates from any background to apply for this post. We are committed to creating a workforce which is representative of our society, and to bringing together those with a variety of skills and experiences to help shape what we do and how we work.

• dynamic movement qualities
• passion for contributing to the creative process
• ability to excel in a diverse range of choreographies
• strong classical and contemporary technique
• improvisational skills are considered a valuable asset
