About Comic Opera for Children The Comic Opera for Children started its activity in 1998, initially launched as an independent company, which proved to be a unique and original “voice” in the Romanian artistic landscape as well as internationally. Nowhere in the world there is such an ensemble, the institution fulfilling both a cultural-artistic and educational role. Since 2003, the Comic Opera for Children has become a public institution under the subordination of the City Hall, and since 2014 it is run by soprano Felicia Filip.

Dancers Sought:

Requirements:

• strong classical technique

• Ladies: 17-30 years old, height 1.63 – 1.70 m

• Gentlemen: 17- 30 years old, height 1.75 -1.85 m

Required Documents:

• resume / CV (must contain: your age, height, weight, nationality, professional experience, training.)

• photos (recent photos such as head shot and full body shot in classical ballet poses)

• video links (ladies on pointe) with classical variations

Additional Information:

The audition will comprise a full ballet class and a classical variation. This audition is by invitation only. All appliers will receive an email response after the end of the registration period on June, 2nd, 2023.
