Aura Dance Theater Kaunas Audition

AURA Dance Theater, leading contemporary dance company in Lithuania, is looking for experienced, versatile and open-minded male dancers for full-time contracts for season 2024/25.

The company offers an official full-time work contract according to Lithuanian (EU) standards with a regular monthly salary including all guarantees.

Dancers Sought:

Requirements:

• strong foundations in ballet and contemporary techniques

• strong improvisational skills

• ability and willingness to adapt to different choreographic works

• at least 180cm tall

Required Documents:

• Detailed CV indicating clearly personal info, training and experience

• Four Photos (one headshot, three dance photos)

• One video of improvisation, no longer than three minutes, showcasing your physical strengths, versatility, personality and demonstrating contrasting qualities in one shot – no cutting or editing. Dancers should appear In proper attire to showcase the dancers’ physical attributes. Dancers standing out in uniqueness, unusual movement quality and artistic expression would be prioritised.
