Empire Performance Studios is a specialist training facility in Enfield Island Village offering acrobatics, aerial arts, tumbling, cheerleading, and dance. The studio follows the IDTA syllabus for ballet and jazz classes, and uses the Acrobatic Arts and Acrotrix syllabi for acrobatics training. Classes are available for children from age 3 upwards. Tumbling instruction is delivered by BG-qualified coaches. The facility operates two studios: one equipped with an 11-metre competition-grade sprung floor and aerial rigging, and a second dance studio with portable barres.
The studio offers recreational classes, an Academy Pathway for students showing technical potential, and an Elite Company for advanced athletes. Academy students attend a minimum of two classes weekly, while Elite Company members train three to five times per week. The Ascend Programme provides nationally recognised qualifications through Trinity College London. Students participate in an annual showcase, and Elite Company members compete at national and international levels. Competitive cheerleading squads train at least twice weekly. Private coaching sessions are available for individual skill development and competition preparation.
