Full-Time Artists
We are seeking experienced dancers who are passionate about performing in a collaborative dance environment. Candidates should have both classical and contemporary training.
Contract: Full-time, 52-week, 31.25 hours per week, with a minimum of four weeks of paid vacation.
Salary: Starting at CAD $868 per week, increasing based on professional experience.
Emerging Artists
We welcome dancers who have recently completed—or are in the process of completing—a professional training program. This program is ideal for those who have not worked for a professional company (unless as an apprentice).
Contract: Full season contract, 31.25 hours per week
Salary: Starting at CAD $655 per week

Bring two photos (headshot and full-body, labeled with your name)
Prepare a 2–3 minute solo with music ready on your device
Be ready for ballet class and learning company repertoire

Successful applicants will be contacted after the final audition. Contracts begin in July 2027. Ballet BC will provide work permit/visa support if needed.
