Aura Dance Theater Kaunas Audition

We are looking for experienced, versatile and open-minded male dancers for full-time contracts starting as soon as possible, for 2023/2024 season.

The company offers an official full-time work contract according Lithuanian (EU) standards with a regular monthly salary including all social guarantees.

Dancers Sought:

Requirements:

• strong foundations in ballet technique

• strong contemporary technique

• ability to adapt to various styles of movement in a constantly evolving environment.

• Candidates who have additional skills/dance backgrounds such as street/urban dance, gymnastics, traditional dances, etc. should list them in their application. Other artistic talents related to music such as singing or playing instruments are also welcome.

• Height: from 178 cm

Required Documents:

• Two videos, no longer than two minutes each, of improvisation showcasing your strengths and versatility. (It should be noted that the videos should show contrasting qualities)

• Photos (one headshot, two to three dance photos)

• In addition, please submit a few sentences motivational letter with your CV.
