Noism2 is a trainee program of Noism Company Niigata (a leading dance company in Japan, based in RYUTOPIA Niigata City Performing Arts Center)
Activity Outline
●Class
・Noism Method… Training to cultivate a “taut body” originally devised by Jo Kanamori
・Noism Ballet … Noism’s original ballet class based on classical ballet
●Rehearsal
Joint creation with Noism1 (works choreographed by Jo Kanamori), Noism repertoires, guest choreographer’s work, etc.
Participation in the new creation as an understudy (substitute) of Noism1. In the event of a vacancy due to illness or injury of Noism1 member, Noism2 member perform as a substitute.
●Performance
Noism2 Solo performances, joint performances of Noism1&Noism2, performances at cultural facilities and schools in Niigata Prefecture, appearances at events held in Niigata Prefecture, etc.
Activity Period
1 year from September 2023
Activity time
5-6 days a week (9:30-18:30)
Day off: Every Monday and every other Sunday. New Year holidays and long summer holidays.

RYUTOPIA Niigata City Performing Arts Center, Noism rehearsal studio in Niigata City
Treatment
No remuneration for trainees / Other allowances are in accordance with company regulations
Selection process
First selection round: CV and video screening
Second selection round: Audition — practical skills and interview screening
* After the first selection, we shall notify you about the result by email as soon as possible.
*The second selection round will be held on Sunday, 9 April 2023 at RYUTOPIA Niigata City Performing Arts Center.
