Opera National Bucharest Ballet Audition

Registration requirements

Principal Dancers – minimum 5 years of professional experience – age 24 – 33; height 1.70–1.85 m; strong classical and contemporary dance technique.
Male Corps de Ballet Dancers – minimum 2 years of professional experience – age 20–30; height 1.70–1.80 m – classical and contemporary dance  technique.

Stage I

– CV, Portrait photo, 2-3 dance photos in close fitting dancewear.
– Non-EU applicants must hold a valid residence and work.
– Submission of preliminary video materials between 26th of September – 04th of October
– Mandatory content: at least two recent performances/sequences, either on stage or in the rehearsal studio, (barre, center and allegros, not more than 3 to 5 min)

Stage II

After preliminary selection, applicants will be notified by email, on 05th of October. Selected ones will attend to ballet class, between 12 -13 October13th, – 10:00 AM, studio Hall of Bucharest National Opera.
