Adam’s Advanced/Professional classes will test the brain as well as the body, thereby ensuring dancers who know their way around a ballet class have to remain switched on, rather than just going through the motions on autopilot.
Expect the unexpected! The combinations are both musical and choreographic, providing the dancer with the chance to really perform, which, alongside technique, Adam feels is the most important (and often overlooked) element in high level ballet classes. He incorporates these performance elements into the training of aspiring and accomplished dancers so that they are equipped with all the necessary tools for auditions and ultimately, the stage.
