The class is geared for professionals, pre professionals and advanced students over 14 years of age. It is important to get a sense of what professional company class is like, so I feel it’s important to bring that atmosphere into the studio. It is relatively simple for the mind to retain, so we can focus on honing our skills and warming up our body’s in the proper way. I promote a positive and safe environment that encourages you reach your goals.

Tiffany Hedman

Born and raised in California, Tiffany began training at the San Francisco Ballet School at the age of 12. Her first professional engagement was with Boston Ballet II, followed by four seasons with Miami City Ballet. She then returned to Boston Ballet, where she was promoted to the rank of soloist. In 2014, Tiffany joined English National Ballet, also as a soloist, and remained with the company for ten and a half years—bringing her total professional career to an impressive 24 years.
