Principal Samantha Howell holds IDTA and Acrobatic Arts teaching qualifications, a BA (Hons) Dance Degree, and Associated Board of Dance exams in Ballet, Acrobatics, Modern, Tap, Musical Comedy and Pointe. The school operates from Glenmead Primary School in Great Barr.
Classes are organized by ability rather than age and include Ballet, Acrobatic Arts, Modern Dance, Contemporary, Street Dance/Commercial Dance, Lyrical, and Pointe. The school offers a Little Dancers program for children aged 2-4, beginner sessions, three ability-based groups in several styles, and competition teams. Private lessons provide one-on-one training to improve technical and performance skills. Students work on technique exercises and combinations throughout the year in preparation for the annual Christmas show.
The school holds exams throughout the year and offers several performance opportunities. Students participate in one Chance2Dance performance annually at various theatres and venues. Private lesson dancers can enter up to three competitions per year and perform at a November presentation. All students participate in a December Christmas show, and the school performs at additional festivals and charity events when possible.
