Innopraktika School is an international educational project initiated by Innopraktika company. The school organizes sessions in St. Petersburg that bring together young artists from multiple countries for cultural exchange. The project has operated since at least 2022 and includes both Art Sessions and Choreography Sessions.
The Choreography Session accepts students from age 9 and focuses on Russian classical ballet, modern dance, and contemporary dance techniques. Training takes place at the Boris Eifman Dance Academy. Students work on choreography in various styles and create their own productions. Instructors from ballet theaters and companies in China, France, Great Britain, the United States, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Israel, Hungary, and Finland teach master classes. Sessions typically run for three weeks in late June and July.
The 2025 sessions brought together more than 30 participants from 19 countries. Previous sessions have included students from countries including Vietnam, India, Uganda, Senegal, Brazil, Argentina, Rwanda, Turkey, and Burkina Faso. Students present final works at exhibitions and performances. The school also operates lecture halls at universities in Senegal, Brazil, and India that offer programs in Russian language and culture.

Graduates receive the Diploma of the Ballet Artist and have enrolled in ballet companies including Eifman Ballet of St. Petersburg, the Bolshoi Theater, the Saint-Petersburg State Academic Leonid Yacobson Ballet Theatre, and the Mariinsky Theater. Participants have opportunities to meet prominent world ballet personalities including Ana Laguna and Azariy Plisetskiy.
