Images School of Dance is a dance school in Ruislip founded by Hayley Taylor and Sarah Hewitt in September 2013. The school started with seven students in Saturday morning ballet classes and has grown to over 200 pupils. Both principals hold Royal Academy of Dance qualifications and have been teaching since 2006, with both achieving 100% pass rates in RAD examinations.
The school follows the Royal Academy of Dance Classical Ballet syllabus and offers classes for all ages and abilities. Dance styles include RAD Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Tap, Musical Theatre, Acro, Street Dance, and LAMDA Drama. Ballet classes range from Pre-School/Nursery level through to Intermediate, with additional offerings including Progressing Ballet Technique, Pre-Pointe, Pointe, and vocational coaching. Adult Ballet classes are also available.
Classes take place at two venues: Ruislip Manor Methodist Church and St. Pauls Church Hall. Students have the opportunity to take RAD examinations, with entry based on regular attendance and teacher assessment. The school requires students to wear regulation uniform and follow grooming policies, with hair in a ballet bun from Primary Ballet level onwards.

The school offers opportunities to take examinations set by the Royal Academy of Dance, which provide achievable goals, recognition from the world’s largest ballet exam board, and qualifications accredited by UK regulatory authorities. Private coaching lessons are available by email enquiry. Junior Coaching and Vocational Pointe Work classes are offered on an invite-only basis.
The school follows the Classical Ballet syllabus of the Royal Academy of Dance. Pupils are given the opportunity to take examinations set by the Royal Academy of Dance. The school has a grooming and uniform policy which it believes creates the best environment for learning and is in keeping with ballet and dance as a highly disciplined art form.
