Lisak trained at Arts Educational School, Tring and The London Studio Centre before performing as a principal dancer with London City Ballet Company, National Ballet of Portugal, Wiener Ballet Theatre, and Staedtische Theatre Chemnitz. She holds the RAD Professional Dancers Teaching Diploma with Distinction and began teaching in 2000.
